Preston MDR3 / MDR4 Mounting Kit Ultra Arm v2 (3/8-16 ARRI Accessory Mount) is an articulating arm with a set of 25mm (1 inch) ball joints which allow the Preston MDR3 or MDR4 to be positioned in just about any orientation. One end is the mounting bracket for Preston and the other is a tool-less 3/8-16 knob with non-slip rubber pads. Also included are two locating pins that can be installed on the 3/8-16 end turning it into an ARRI accessory mount compatible device.

Now with more articulation! The updated design of the Universal Ultra Arm v2 (Combo 1/4-20 & 3/8-16) can move across 3 planes, giving it a greater range of motion and room for added accessories.

Ultra Arm components are interchangeable so you can use this arm in conjunction with the other options we make like 1/4-20, 3/8-16, NATO Clamp, Hot Shoe, and Super Clamp.

Many existing 3rd party 25mm ball systems are compatible as well.
